CSHA loves students!

We offer FREE CSHA membership and REDUCED CONFERENCE REGISTRATION to all matriculated SLP and AUD students! In addition, we offer FREE CSHA membership to all first year professionals in Connecticut.

Founded in 1972, the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association (NSSLHA) is the national organization for graduate and undergraduate students interested in the study of normal & disordered human communication.  NSSLHA is a pre-professional membership association and is the only official national student association recognized by the  American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) . NSSLHA has approximately 13,000 members with  chapters  at more than 300 colleges & universities.  National NSSLHA connects students regardless of level of interest to a wealth of resources in the area of communication science and disorders.
