SLPs who work with K-5, please fill out this survey related to your experience with COVID-19! Charlotte Hilker, a Butler University undergraduate student, is doing a research project to help understand how school-based SLPs and teletherapists working with K-5 have been affected by COVID-19.

You are being invited to participate in an online survey which seeks to obtain information from Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) related to the COVID-19 pandemic and its possible influence on your service to your clients. The questions posed in the survey address several areas of professional practice for those working as school-based SLPs with children K-5.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and there is no identifiable information requested as part of your response. The data obtained will be used to determine potential changes you have experienced due to COVID-19. The trends identified may be used to better understand the impact on SLPs during these unprecedented times.
